Homemade Real Estate

Julie is absolutely amazing. Not only does she have the go-getter attitude that sets her apart from other agents, she goes above and beyond for her clients! Me and my wife were selling our house and with Julie at our side it was incredible. Not only were we multiple states away trying to figure out how we were going to sell our house, but we also needed some updates done on the house. Julie helped us every step of the way; from contractors to even helping us find a vendor when our AC unit in the house died while we were renovating. I'm an agent in the Nashville, TN area. Julie helped me out by working a family member in Jacksonville, NC list and sell her home. Julie went over and above to make my family members feel comfortable with the process. The house went under contract during the first weekend it was listed. The whole process was smooth and easy. I would refer clients to Julie again in a heartbeat!

We chose Julie as our realtor, it was the best decision we made. Julie helped us get our dream home as first-time home buyers. She made the process super easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Julie!

We just recently closed on our new home and I couldn’t thank Julie enough she made this process super simple and it was great with me having a busy schedule all the time she would always keep me updated on any news on the home and was willing to help to any extent definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Julie Gettler from EXP realty is and always has been so helpful in the process of selling our home in NC. The time and her hard work made the sale of our home seem effortless for us being 1200 miles away. We could not possibly thank her enough for everything that she has done. If selling your home your first call should be to Julie at Homemade Real Estate.

Hands down best realtor around. Working with Julie has honestly been a pleasure. She is very professional and very good at keeping the best interests of her clients in mind. I have worked with many other agents in the area and they made home buying seem more like a chore but Julie made the process feel painless and enjoyable. Very pleased with everything she did for us and look forward to hopefully doing business with her again. 15/10 recommend.
